{"id":234,"date":"2023-02-04T16:11:25","date_gmt":"2023-02-04T15:11:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ziplast.it\/?page_id=234"},"modified":"2023-08-17T12:46:37","modified_gmt":"2023-08-17T10:46:37","slug":"realizzazione","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ziplast.it\/waterbag\/?page_id=234","title":{"rendered":"Realizzazione"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Per via delle grandi superfici coinvolte e dell\u2019elevata precisione richiesta nella fase di produzione dell\u2019ultimo prototipo XXL-REFRESH del 2015, solo i processi di trafilatura e taglio sono stati eseguiti a macchina, mentre il <strong>posizionamento e la saldatura<\/strong> dei singoli teli \u00e8 stata <strong>eseguita manualmente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In una seconda fase le varie parti del sistema sono state assemblate in modo da ottenere gli <strong>elementi modulari<\/strong> del waterbag.
