La sacca idrica XXL-REFRESH utilizzata come prototipo nel 2015 \u00e8 stata\u00a0realizzata con un tessuto rinforzato rivestito in PVC, resistente ma flessibile,\u00a0con un lato interno approvato per il contatto con gli alimenti e un lato esterno con\u00a0un rivestimento specifico per migliorare la resistenza all\u2019esposizione all\u2019acqua di\u00a0mare e ai raggi solari.<\/p>\n

La scelta del rivestimento in PVC era essenzialmente dovuta al suo basso costo,\u00a0alle eccellenti propriet\u00e0 fisiche (buona flessibilit\u00e0, tenacit\u00e0, estensibilit\u00e0 ed elevato\u00a0rapporto resistenza\/peso), alle buone propriet\u00e0 chimiche e di resistenza agli\u00a0agenti atmosferici.<\/p>\n

Il nuovo modello di tessitura del progetto Super Bowl prevede di utilizzare un\u00a0filato<\/strong> sul quale applicare direttamente l\u2019estrusione<\/strong> che viene quindi saldata al\u00a0supporto, passando il tessuto cos\u00ec ottenuto attraverso una calandra in alta\u00a0temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n
